Hello,
 
The Group Health Kids Races could use our help!  We need a couple of WOW gals to work the kids bike races at Mirabeau Park on Sunday 10/2 - from about 11:30 to 3 (sometimes they end a little earlier than that) - rain or shine.  Typically we man a post on the race track and cheer the kids on and make sure that they continue to go the correct way on the course! It's a lot of fun!
 
If you can volunteer for all or part of the day, please respond back.  Thanks!

We 4 ladies out at Shadle Park (near Shadle Walmart) this Sunday from about 11:30 am until 3:30 pm to hand out ribbons, marshal the course, etc. If you're able to help out, can you let me know by Friday or please contact Marla Emde at the email or phone # below.  Thanks for any help you can give!

Two more Riverside rides with the Spokane Mountaineers this year. Helmets are required, don't forget your state park permit, and we do depart at 6pm sharp.

August 25, 6PM, RiversideState Park (7 Mile NORTH turnaround).Meet at the Centennial Trail circle parking area TO THE NORTH OF 7 MILE ROAD inRiverside State Park. From Spokane, cross the bridge on 7 Mile Road and turnRIGHT onto N. Riverside State Park Drive. Note: this is not the circle parkingarea on the south side of 7 Mile Road. Riders of all abilities are welcome to join us.

September 8, 6PM, RiversideState Park (Dwight Merkel Sports Complex). Meet at the practice soccer field parking just eastof the BMX track in the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex (near Joe Albi Stadium).Riders of all abilities are welcome to join us.

Still hoping some of the WOW gals will do the Brews Cruise with me.  You have til Aug 3rd at 9:00 am. to register for $15.00 (use code: 48HOUR)  after that it is $20.00.
