Spokane Mountaineer sponsored rides this spring for all abilities are listed below. Contact me for intermediate and above rides on other Thursday evenings. Please note: helmets are required, stated time is DEPARTURE time, you may join up to 3 rides before being asked to join the club. Come out and play in the dirt!

Apr 19, 6PM. Riverside State Park. Meet near the BMXtrack at Joe Albi park above Riverside State Park. Riders of all abilities arewelcome to join us.

May 3, 6PM. Riverside State Park. Meet on the northside of the river above the suspension bridge. Take North Aubrey White Pkwy tothe Bowl and Pitcher area then the paved right turn into the lower lot. Ridersof all abilities are welcome to join us. Discover Pass required

May 24, 6:30PM. Nine Mile. Meet at Sontag Park on W. Charles Rd.Proceed north on Nine Mile Rd. (Hwy 291), just past Nine Mile Dam turn left andcross the river. Look for park on the right side. Riders of all abilities arewelcome to join us.

Jun 14, 6:30PM. Riverside State Park. Meet at the SevenMile circle parking area in Riverside State Park (Wilbur Rd. trailhead). Riders of all abilities arewelcome to join us. Discover Pass required.

Jun 28, 6:30PM. Mt. Spokane MB Ride. Meet at theSelkirk Lodge. There will be trails suitable for riders of all abilities aswell as some stunning views.  Discover Pass required.

The clinic is now full, though you can get on a waiting list by sending in a registration form without payment. There is a small chance someone will need to drop out before June, thus opening up a spot or two.

Hello,
 
The Group Health Kids Races could use our help!  We need a couple of WOW gals to work the kids bike races at Mirabeau Park on Sunday 10/2 - from about 11:30 to 3 (sometimes they end a little earlier than that) - rain or shine.  Typically we man a post on the race track and cheer the kids on and make sure that they continue to go the correct way on the course! It's a lot of fun!

We 4 ladies out at Shadle Park (near Shadle Walmart) this Sunday from about 11:30 am until 3:30 pm to hand out ribbons, marshal the course, etc. If you're able to help out, can you let me know by Friday or please contact Marla Emde at the email or phone # below.  Thanks for any help you can give!

Two more Riverside rides with the Spokane Mountaineers this year. Helmets are required, don't forget your state park permit, and we do depart at 6pm sharp.

August 25, 6PM, RiversideState Park (7 Mile NORTH turnaround).Meet at the Centennial Trail circle parking area TO THE NORTH OF 7 MILE ROAD inRiverside State Park. From Spokane, cross the bridge on 7 Mile Road and turnRIGHT onto N. Riverside State Park Drive. Note: this is not the circle parkingarea on the south side of 7 Mile Road. Riders of all abilities are welcome to join us.

September 8, 6PM, RiversideState Park (Dwight Merkel Sports Complex). Meet at the practice soccer field parking just eastof the BMX track in the Dwight Merkel Sports Complex (near Joe Albi Stadium).Riders of all abilities are welcome to join us.

Still hoping some of the WOW gals will do the Brews Cruise with me.  You have til Aug 3rd at 9:00 am. to register for $15.00 (use code: 48HOUR)  after that it is $20.00.
